If you wish to join, you will receive Terms and Conditions (in particular Section 3) which you need to read and accept to enable you make an informed choice before joining. Once you have joined, you will receive a letter with your unique lottery number.

The draw usually takes place every Friday and winners are selected at random by computer from all of the paid members for the guaranteed prizes of 1 x £1,000 prize, 1 x £250 prize, 1 x £125 prize, 1 x £75, 1 x £50, 1 x £25 prize, 20 x £10 prizes plus a chance of winning the rollover.

You don't need to remember to check your numbers and you don't need to do anything to claim your prize - if you win a prize we’ll post you out a cheque shortly after the draw takes place.

In 21/22 N.E.H.L One Wish Lottery raised £442,498 from membership subscriptions and of this money raised 60% (60p in every £1) was donated back to the four hospices (St Benedict’s Hospice, St Teresa’s Hospice, St Cuthbert’s Hospice, Butterwick Hospice Care) in equal proportions, 23% of this income was awarded as prizes to winners and the remaining 17% paid for administrative and processing fees. The chances of winning are 1 in 154.

If you do want to check the winning numbers, they are displayed on the website and advertised in our hospices and charity shops.

Players must be 18 or over to play.

Credit cards will not be accepted as a payment method.

Please note that if you pay by standing order you will also need to contact your bank or building society to notify them that you wish to stop payment to us.
